What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Executing manual and automated test plans across software applications and features
- Identifying, documenting and reporting defects with clear reproduction steps and severity assessment
- Collaborating with developers and product teams to verify bug fixes and validate resolutions
- Contributing to test case design and maintaining test documentation
- Participating in regression testing cycles and release validation
- Supporting continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Proven experience in software testing, quality assurance or validation
- Familiarity with test management tools, bug tracking systems and testing methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on testing experience
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with automated testing frameworks or scripting
- Knowledge of Agile development environments
- Exposure to API or performance testing
