About the role
Administrative Assistant – Perfection Foods Ltd
We are looking for an organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our small, family run and friendly team, working alongside our Senior Administrator and Sales and Marketing staff.
Key duties include:
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of company records
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with production and packing teams to monitor orders through the full order cycle
- Booking deliveries with customers
- Communicating with transport companies and arranging collections
- Handling customer and internal enquiries
- Providing general administrative support as required
The successful candidate will have good communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy working environment. Previous administrative or order-processing experiences is necessary.
Monday - Friday 8:30-5
Training
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021. They also boast the highest Ofsted rating, which only a select few training providers in the region have.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded business professional. You will learn in detail about business communication, organisation, managing change, problem solving & much more.
