About the role

OUR HOUSE, YOUR HOUSE: Join Us!

Founded in November 2018 by Matteo and Vittoria—two friends sharing the dream of "nourishing the world with positivity and well-being"— Poke House is the global leader in the healthy bowl fast-casual category. From the very beginning, passion and dedication have been the core ingredients driving our expansion across Italy and the rest of the world (Spain, France, Portugal, Romania, and the United States).

We combine this drive with a positive, humble approach—essential elements that allow Poke House to improve every day and build an ever-growing team. We look for people who see teamwork as the key to riding higher and higher waves. Today, we boast an international team of over 1,000 people and more than 120 stores, offering our customers a cool, healthy shopping experience defined by a positive mood and California vibes.
