At Hightown, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Multi-Trade Operative to join our Asset Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an organisation that is committed to providing high-quality homes and services for our residents.

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair and improvement works across our housing portfolio, helping to ensure our properties remain safe, well maintained and places that residents are proud to call home.

What You Will Be Doing

• Carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
• Delivering high quality workmanship across multiple trade disciplines.
• Identifying and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
• Providing excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with relevant standards and procedures.
• Supporting the wider Asset Management team to achieve performance and service objectives.

We are seeking an experienced individual who:

• Has practical experience across a range of trade skills.
• Takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
• Has strong problem-solving abilities and can work independently.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Is organised, reliable and committed to health and safety.
• Shares our values and commitment to delivering great services to residents.
• Has a Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
