Restaurant Bartender

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our award-winning Heliot Steakhouse team. You’ll be serving delicious cocktails, engaging with guests, and helping create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the Hippodrome Casino.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standard
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest receives a memorable experience
• Contribute ideas for new cocktails and continued service excellence
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Work collaboratively with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• One year of experience as a Bartender in a high volume central London bar
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and bar techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach to engaging with guests
• A polished, professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
