This is an opportunity to register your interest in Construction Supervisor positions based in London. - What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations and coordinating construction teams
- Managing site safety, compliance and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets
- Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, clients and project managers
- Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
- Managing site logistics, resources and materials
- Maintaining site records, reports and documentation
- Resolving on-site issues and escalating where required
- Supporting inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel
- What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Site Supervisor
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practice on construction sites
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent qualification
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience reading plans, specifications and contract documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software
- UK driving licence and reliable transport
- High School / GED or equivalent
