  • What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Contributing to the design and development of products from concept through to delivery
  • Supporting the translation of technical requirements into practical, manufacturable designs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality and operations
  • Assisting with design documentation, drawings and technical specifications
  • Participating in design reviews and continuous improvement activities
  • Supporting compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant design standards
  • Working with tools and processes to ensure design quality and traceability

Most roles of this type require the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in product design or design engineering
  • Proficiency with CAD software and design tools
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and design standards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
