Consultancy: Social Enterprises Development Model

The consultant- Social Enterprises Development Model will develop a practical Social Enterprise Development Model for local and national NGOs. This assignment will explore successful social enterprise approaches, document lessons learned, and produce practical guidance, tools, and learning resources to help organisations diversify income, strengthen financial resilience, and reduce reliance on traditional donor funding.

The ideal candidate should possess proven expertise in NGO resource mobilisation, social enterprise design and implementation, organisational capacity strengthening, and development of practical learning resources.

• Technical proposal that outlines the consultant’s understanding of the request and the proposed methodology and work plan.
