What You'll Do

Are you passionate about turning financial data into meaningful insights?

We're seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to help shape reporting, forecasting, and business planning within a dynamic and forward-thinking Finance team.

In this varied role, you'll support the delivery of key financial reporting requirements while transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making. You'll also play an important role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance processes and reporting across the finance function.

This role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and provides a fantastic platform for developing your analytical, technical, and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supports projects across the business as they arise
  • Deals with ad-hoc financial requests from our key stakeholders, Go-Ahead and the Department for Transport
  • Co-ordinating and providing feedback on certain financial business cases
  • Supports the production of DfT Reporting templates
  • What You'll Bring
  • Part-Qualified accountant (desirable)
  • Excellent Power BI and financial system skills
