• What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

• Identifying, documenting and assessing risks across operational, compliance and strategic workstreams
• Conducting risk assessments and analysis to support risk prioritisation and mitigation planning
• Maintaining risk registers and supporting risk reporting to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborating with operational and compliance teams to gather risk data and context
• Communicating risk findings and recommendations clearly to non-specialist audiences
• Supporting the implementation of risk mitigation actions and monitoring their effectiveness
• Contributing to the development and refinement of risk frameworks and processes
• What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
• 2–5 years' experience in risk analysis, risk assessment, compliance or a closely related field
• Working knowledge of risk management methodologies and frameworks
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
• Ability to communicate complex risk concepts to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with standard business tools and risk management software
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to identifying and documenting exposure

Nice-to-have experience could include Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification, exposure to ISO 31000 or equivalent standards, or experience in a regulated industry.
