- What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Supporting regulatory strategy and compliance across medical device programmes
- Contributing to regulatory submissions, documentation and evidence gathering for Class III devices
- Ensuring programmes maintain compliance with ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and applicable regulatory frameworks
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering and operations to embed regulatory requirements
- Supporting post-market surveillance, adverse event reporting and regulatory correspondence
- Contributing to quality management system (QMS) activities and regulatory audits
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and managing submission timelines
- What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in medical device regulatory affairs or compliance (medical device or pharmaceutical background)
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485, IEC 62304 and Class III medical device requirements
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and submission processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Authorization to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have:
- Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) or similar regulatory compliance certification
- Experience with FDA or European regulatory pathways
- Project management experience within regulated environments
