Purpose of post
Mae hwn yn gyfle arbennig i chi weithio ar lefel Cymorth Tîm yn y Gwasanaeth Cyfieithu i ddarparu gwasanaeth dwyieithog (Cymraeg a Saesneg), proffesiynol a chyfeillgar i’n cwsmeriaid. Ni fydd disgwyl i’r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus wneud unrhyw waith cyfieithu fel rhan o’r swydd.
Yr Uned Fusnes yw pwynt cyswllt cyntaf staff Llywodraeth Cymru â'r Gwasanaeth Cyfieithu. Byddwch yn gwneud cyfraniad allweddol felly at gefnogi'r sefydliad i weithio'n ddwyieithog, gan gynnwys cydymffurfio â Safonau'r Gymraeg a Rheolau Sefydlog y Senedd.
Byddwch yn defnyddio systemau TG (Technoleg Gwybodaeth) arbenigol i ddadansoddi a pharatoi dogfennau ar gyfer y broses gyfieithu; yn darparu cymorth busnes i’r tîm rheoli a’r cyfieithwyr yn gyffredinol; yn helpu gyda'r offer cyfieithu ar y pryd yn ôl y gofyn, yn cysylltu â chyfieithwyr mewnol ac allanol, ac yn cydlynu’r gwaith cyfieithu allanol.

Cefnogi prosiectau cyfieithu (cyfieithu cyffredinol a deddfwriaethol, a chyfieithu ar y pryd)
Bod yn gyfrifol am fonitro a blaenoriaethu ceisiadau am wasanaethau cyfieithu.
Ymateb yn brydlon i geisiadau, gan drafod â’r cwsmer yn ôl y galw er mwyn cael y wybodaeth angenrheidiol (ee dyddiadau dychwelyd a gofynion penodol) ar gyfer darparu gwasanaeth safonol ac amserol.
Paratoi prosiectau cyfieithu yn seiliedig ar geisiadau gan gwsmeriaid - dadansoddi pob cais yn drylwyr, gwirio bod pob cais yn dod o fewn cylch gwaith y Gwasanaeth Cyfieithu a thrafod y gwaith ag arweinwyr y timau cyfieithu.
Dilyn y camau sydd yn eu lle i baratoi'r gwaith mewn ffordd sy'n sicrhau proses gyfieithu effeithlon, ee drwy ddefnyddio meddalwedd cyfieithu i ddadansoddi a pharatoi prosiectau cyfieithu.
Dilyn prosesau sy'n gyson ag arferion ar draws yr Uned Fusnes wrth brosesu ceisiadau cyfieithu a chyfieithu ar y pryd, eu cofnodi’n gywir a thynnu sylw at unrhyw bethau anarferol, gan awgrymu gwelliannau i’r prosesau os gwelwch gyfle.
Defnyddio’r fframwaith cyfieithu a chyfieithu ar y pryd i gomisiynu gwaith gyda chwmnïau yn allanol, a bod yn bwynt cyswllt cyntaf i gyflenwyr allanol.

Cefnogi’r busnes
Cyflawni tasgau amrywiol sy'n cael eu rhannu rhwng aelodau'r Uned Fusnes, ee trefnu cyfarfodydd a chyflwyniadau, cadw cofnodion, archebu offer a nwyddau swyddfa, a helpu i osod a chynnal offer cyfieithu ar y pryd.
Datblygu a defnyddio systemau corfforaethol yn ogystal â systemau TG arbenigol sy'n allweddol i waith y Gwasanaeth Cyfieithu (ee defnyddio meddalwedd cof cyfieithu i greu prosiectau, cysoni a pharatoi dogfennau i’w defnyddio yn y cof cyfieithu, a mewnforio ac allforio cofau cyfieithu a ddarperir ar gyfer neu gan ein cyflenwyr allanol).
Cynorthwyo gydag unrhyw agwedd arall ar weinyddiaeth a phrosiectau corfforaethol cyffredinol y gangen, yn unol â chyfarwyddiadau’r rheolwr llinell neu staff uwch.
