We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new ITSM platform, Halo, while supporting the gradual decommissioning of the existing ServiceNow platform.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone with strong technical project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive a complex platform implementation from planning through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Halo ITSM platform
- Manage the transition away from ServiceNow and support its phased decommissioning
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and build timelines
- Manage RAID logs and proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies
- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Drive delivery against agreed timelines, milestones and outcomes
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering technology or platform implementations
- Strong understanding of core project management principles and methodologies
- Experience managing RAID logs, project plans and delivery timelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with technical delivery teams
- ITSM platform implementation experience is highly desirable, ideally including Halo and/or ServiceNow
