Job Description

• Manage consolidated financial reporting and analysis.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support decision-making through detailed financial insights.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Review and improve financial processes and controls.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

• A strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and financial tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in the energy & natural resources sector is advantageous.
