About the Role

This is the ideal role for someone who has kitchen experience and wants to progress further in their career. Ideally someone who has or on their way to completing their City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualifications in culinary arts.

You'll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of kitchen activities, including food preparation, supporting the kitchen team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are always met.

We also promote a good work/life balance! We have developed a team rota of 4 days on/ 3 days off as being very successful and fulfilling for our kitchen team. That means most evening shifts are finished by 7pm and only working every other weekend. This also includes paid overtime / time off in Lieu of any hours worked over 40 hours.
