About the role

As a Family Hub Inclusion Navigator, you will be a trusted, consistent presence for families, helping them feel heard, understood and supported at key moments in their child’s development. This is a frontline, relationship-focused role where you will help families access support early, navigate services confidently and build the skills to move forward independently over time.

This role exists to address a real challenge for families: services can feel difficult to understand, especially when concerns are emerging. You will help change that by providing clear guidance, delivering targeted support and working alongside partners across education, health and the community to ensure families get the right help at the right time.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.We will also carry out an online internet search for information that is publicly available online that might suggest that you are not fit to work with children or young people.
