The Programme Test Lead will be responsible for defining, planning, governing and coordinating all testing activities across the Workday transformation programme. The role will provide end-to-end ownership of the testing lifecycle, ensuring that business processes, integrations, data migration, security and reporting are thoroughly validated and that the organisation is prepared for a successful go-live.

Acting as the central point of coordination between the Programme Team, System Integrator, Workday, business stakeholders and third party vendors, the Test Lead will provide independent assurance over solution quality, readiness and risk management.

About you

• Experience in leading and testing of the Multi modular system deployment
• Previous test management / lead role
• Strong understanding of finance and procurement modules
• Experience managing business stakeholders across multiple functions
