With a proud history of providing expert care since 1892, this service supports individuals with complex neurological conditions including brain and spinal injuries, stroke, and progressive neurological disorders. As a Senior Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence overnight, supported by a well-resourced and forward-thinking team.

Your role as Senior Nurse – Days Only:

• Take clinical lead responsibility during night shifts, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care
• Deliver and oversee complex care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff, acting as a mentor and role model
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and follow best practice guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of services

What we’re looking for:

• A Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Experience in complex care and high-acuity nursing
• Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to clinical excellence
• Confident working independently during night shifts while fostering a collaborative team environment
