Job Overview

Providing the first point of contact for existing and prospective customers and intermediaries (brokers) making enquiries about the products and services offered by the Family Building Society.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Society’s products and services.
• Providing accurate and efficient responses to customer and intermediary (brokers) enquiries via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Undertake administrative tasks
• Giving information about products and services without offering financial advice or guidance.
• Issuing relevant documentation (e.g., literature, illustrations, application forms).
• Supporting and covering for team members as needed.

Experience

• Minimum 1 years' experience within the Financial Services industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and intermediaries quickly.
• A self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
