An established, technology-forward dental practice in Liverpool is looking for an Associate Dentist to join its growing team.

Permanent associates can earn an up to £20,000 golden hello, on top of a steady NHS base with genuine scope to build private treatment as you settle in. You can work flexibly from 2 to 5 days per week, and there is a locum-to-permanent pathway if you would rather settle in first. Whether you are newly qualified or seeking a supportive, well-equipped practice, this role gives you room to earn well and develop your skills.

Who We're Looking For

• Valid GDC registration (mandatory)
• Active NHS Performer Number, or eligibility to obtain one (mandatory)
• A recognised dental degree (BDS or equivalent)
• Valid dental indemnity cover, for example DDU, MPS, or MDDUS
• A commitment to high-quality patient care across NHS and private treatments
• Newly qualified and early-career dentists are warmly welcomed

About the Practice

• A 4-surgery practice with a stable, established patient list
• Mainly NHS, with genuine potential to grow your private work
• Advanced equipment, including rotary endo, an intraoral scanner, and digital records on Dentally
• iPads in every surgery for a modern, paperless workflow
• A collaborative, multidisciplinary team working across specialisms
• Mentoring and support from experienced specialists within the group
• Located in Kirkby, Liverpool, with easy access and on-site parking
