Trainee Commercial Vehicle Builder

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Commercial Vehicle Builder to join our workshop team. In this role, you will learn to build, assemble, and custom-fit bodies onto commercial vehicles. No prior experience in vehicle bodybuilding is required-we will provide full, hands-on training.

What You Will Do (With Training)

Assembly: Measure, cut, and assemble vehicle components

• Fabrication: Use basic hand and power tools (drills, grinders, riveters) to fit body panels, tail lifts, and internal racking.

Mechanical & Wiring: Assist with basic mechanical installations and 12v/24v electrical wiring.

Quality & Safety: Follow technical drawings and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

What We Are Looking For

A genuine interest in mechanics, engineering, or hands-on DIY/craft work.

Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring accurately.

A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn from experienced builders.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
