Digital Project Manager at PPL PRS Limited in Leicester

About the role

Can you imagine a world without music? Neither can we.

Key Details

You will lead the delivery of a portfolio of digital, data and technology initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience improvements across PPL PRS.

Working with business sponsors, technology teams and external delivery partners, you will deliver projects from concept through to successful business adoption.

Projects may include digital self-service initiatives, the Agentic Contact Centre rollout, AI projects across Sales, Reviews and Renewals, reporting, analytics and insights, Salesforce platform enhancements and strategic business change.

Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to join a technology function that is playing a central role in shaping the future of PPL PRS.

Over the past three years, PPL PRS has made significant and sustained investment in technology, digital services, data and AI capabilities, with a strong pipeline of initiatives planned for the years ahead. Technology is viewed as a key enabler of business growth, operational efficiency and improved customer experiences, giving this role the opportunity to deliver projects that have visible and measurable impact.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will work across a diverse portfolio of initiatives including digital self-service, AI-enabled services, customer experience improvements, reporting and analytics, and platform enhancements. You will partner directly with business sponsors, technology teams and external delivery partners, giving you broad exposure across both business and technology change.

Unlike many project management roles that focus on a single programme or platform, this role offers the opportunity to deliver a wide range of strategic initiatives, broaden your experience across multiple technologies and business domains, and help shape how future projects are delivered.

  • Work alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, technology teams and external delivery partners to coordinate delivery.
  • Apply Agile, hybrid or structured delivery approaches according to the needs of each initiative.
  • Support requirements definition, user story development, backlog prioritisation, workshops and Agile ceremonies where required.
  • Manage project budgets, resource forecasts, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating where required.
  • Provide clear and timely reporting on progress, delivery confidence, decisions, business outcomes and benefits.
  • Ensure appropriate project governance is applied in line with PPL PRS delivery frameworks and controls.
  • Plan and support implementation, business readiness, change adoption and benefits realisation.
  • Build effective relationships with executive-level, shareholder and business stakeholders.
