We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Regional HR Advisor (ER Advisor) to join our People Experience team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our sites across the South East and outskirts of London, providing professional HR advice, coaching managers, and partnering closely with leaders to deliver practical, people-driven solutions that make a real impact.

This is a regional role that combines operational delivery with strategic influence. You’ll spend around two to three days per week visiting sites, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between sites.

What you’ll be doing

Own employee relations cases from a HR perspective including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability processes

  • Advise and coach managers on employment law, company policies and HR best practice
  • Prepare investigation reports, correspondence, and formal documentation
  • Support managers to resolve people issues fairly, consistently and in line with legal requirements and company policies
  • Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the Regional HR Manager
  • Maintain accurate employee relations records and documentation
  • What you’ll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Law and practical experience handling ER cases end-to-end
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all levels
  • Confident using HR systems, we use Workday (HRIS), Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
  • A data-driven and commercially minded approach to problem solving
  • The ability to balance operational delivery with strategic thinking
  • A full UK driving licence (essential) and willingness to travel regularly across the region
  • Experience in the logistics or distribution sector would be advantageous but not essential
