The role will help ensure that cyber training is delivered consistently across classroom, digital and blended formats, with clear coordination between trainers, subject matter experts, the Digital Learning Designer and participating police forces.

Key Responsibilities .
- Coordinate and manage cyber training delivery across the PDS Cyber Services Division, ensuring courses, resources, trainers and stakeholders are aligned to agreed plans
- Manager coordination activity for classroom-based cyber training, including preparation, scheduling, learner communications, attendance tracking and post - course evaluation
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of all classroom training, including the Information Security Officer and Third-Party Assurance Process courses
- Work closely with the Digital Learning Designer to develop, maintain and deliver blended learning products that combine classroom input, digital learning, and supporting resources
- Lead coordination of the Cyber Education & Awareness project, supporting the creation of a portfolio of training and development products for police forces
- Engage with police forces to understand cyber training requirements, local campaign needs and opportunities to improve uptake of PDS learning products
- Coordinate contributions from cyber subject matter experts, trainers, project teams and communication colleagues to ensure training content is accurate, current and fit for policing use
What you need to succeed in the role
Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in training coordination/management, learning delivery, project coordination or cyber/security awareness
Personal Attributes:
- Strong coordination and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple training activities, deadlines and stakeholder requirements
- Experience supporting classroom training delivery, including course administration, learner communications and evaluation.
- Good understanding of digital, blended and classroom learning approaches.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Digital Learning Designers, trainers, subject matter experts and project teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce guidance, learner communications and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with police forces, internal teams and external partners.
- Organised, proactive and able to maintain accurate records, trackers and reporting information.
- Confident using Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel.
- A strong background in Cyber Security and Information Management, preferably gained within the Policing sector.
- Experience coordinating training delivery, learning programmes or awareness campaigns within a complex stakeholder environment.
- Experience of designing and delivering in-person training events.
- Experience supporting classroom-based training, preferably including cyber, information security, assurance or technology-related subjects.
- Experience working with learning designers, trainers or subject matter experts to develop learner-focused training products
- Experience engaging with police forces, public sector partners or operational stakeholders would be desirable.
- Experience maintaining training records, schedules, evaluation outputs and project documentation

Working Arrangements
This is a remote role with some national travel required to attend meetings.
