What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Designing and implementing campaign automation strategies, including journey design and workflow optimization
- Delivering end-to-end SFMC solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering through to deployment and client handover
- Configuring and managing CRM integration, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Building and delivering marketing reporting and analytics frameworks to support client decision-making
- Supporting clients through training, documentation and knowledge transfer on SFMC capabilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and continuously improve implementations
- Contributing to best-practice standards and methodologies within the consulting team
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
Must-have
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and consulting engagements
- Strong working knowledge of SFMC core features: campaign automation, journey design, CRM integration, and marketing analytics
- Demonstrable experience with workflow optimization and campaign execution
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Client-facing communication skills and ability to work effectively in a consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
Nice-to-have
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (SFMC Consultant or Administrator)
- Experience with additional Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Track record of delivering solutions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and industry standards
