We're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join ACCA as Head of Employer Partnerships, Sectors and Member Communities within our Relationships team on a full-time permanent basis. We’re flexible on the location for this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape ACCA's global employer and member engagement strategy, build influential partnerships with leading organisations, and help support the future of the profession on a truly international scale.
The Job Reporting to the Director, Partnerships and Recognition, you will lead ACCA's global approach to employer partnerships, sector engagement and member communities, driving growth, influence and member value.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering ACCA's global employer partnership and sector strategies. Building and managing strategic relationships with employers, including Executive and C-suite stakeholders. Creating compelling value propositions that drive mutual growth and long-term partnerships.
Shaping digital-first member community approaches that enhance engagement, advocacy and insight. Identifying emerging trends, opportunities and challenges affecting employers, sectors and members. Leading cross-functional collaboration to embed partnership and member initiatives across the business.
Managing risks, driving delivery and reporting on outcomes and impact. Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
The Person
We’re looking for someone with: Extensive experience in strategic partnership and stakeholder management within an international environment. Strong understanding of accountancy, professional education or a related sector. Proven success building senior-level relationships up to Board and Executive level.
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability. Exceptional communication, influencing, networking and negotiation skills. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
A proactive, results-focused approach with the ability to deliver through collaboration and influence. Our
