What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Developing and executing manual and automated test plans aligned to project requirements and ISO 9001 standards
  • Building and maintaining automated test scripts using CI/CD tools and platforms to support continuous delivery
  • Performing functional, regression and integration testing across application features
  • Identifying, documenting and tracking defects through to resolution
  • Collaborating with developers, product and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Contributing to test strategy and improving testing processes across the team
  • Supporting deployment activities and validating releases in staging and production environments

What you could bring

Most roles of this type require the following:

Must-have

  • 2–4 years' experience in software quality assurance or testing roles
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management principles
  • ISTQB Certified Tester qualification or equivalent testing certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language for test automation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Agile or DevOps environments
  • Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms or containerised applications
  • Familiarity with performance or security testing approaches
