About the opportunity

What you would do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Executing manual and automated test cases against software requirements and specifications
- Identifying, documenting and reporting defects with clear reproduction steps and severity assessment
- Collaborating with development and product teams to understand requirements and validate fixes
- Contributing to test plan development and test case design
- Participating in regression testing and release validation activities
- Supporting the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks where relevant
- Tracking and reporting on test metrics, coverage and quality trends
What you could bring
Most roles of this type require the following:
- 2–4 years of hands-on software testing experience, including manual test execution
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning and defect lifecycle management
- Proficiency with test management tools and bug-tracking systems
- Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile environments
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical QA experience
- Clear communication and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have experience could include:
- Exposure to test automation frameworks and scripting languages
- Knowledge of API testing or performance testing tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- SQL and database query skills
