The Opportunity:

Our dealership is looking for a Service Advisor Apprentice who will complete a Customer Service Specialist (level 3) Apprenticeship Programme.

The apprenticeship programme is a bespoke programme developed specifically to ensure that you develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to become a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.

On successful completion of this apprenticeship you will be awarded the L3 customer service specialist apprenticeship standard as well as nationally accredited and recognised unit certificates covering sales and vehicle parts.

This level 3 apprenticeship develops advanced skills, knowledge and behaviours allowing you to become an expert in the organisations products and services. You will be a referral point who provides specialist information which supports sales, customer service and service departments in achieving key objectives.

You will also be eligible to join the Institute of Customer Service as an individual member at a professional level.

Over the duration of 18 months, you will receive a combination of face to face workplace visits with our specialist Skills Coaches, virtual classroom masterclass teaching seminars, workplace coaching and mentoring and online training and support.
