About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our Risk and Disputes practice group working within the Construction team in Birmingham.
Within this role, you will be responsible for providing proactive and high-quality administrative support, helping deliver seamless legal services to clients. You will support the effective management of day-to-day workloads, build a strong understanding of client requirements, and develop trusted relationships to ensure exceptional service and support.
About you:
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes pride in delivering a high standard of support. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable picking up new systems and processes.
You'll have excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and a professional but approachable manner. You'll be able to manage competing priorities, build effective working relationships and remain calm under pressure, even when working to tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will be someone who takes ownership, uses their initiative and approaches challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. You'll be dependable, collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
