We're on the lookout for a Painter & Decorator to join us. Join our Codi Repairs Team and play a hands‑on role supporting homes and communities across Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire. Your office base will be Cwmbran, with most of your work covering the Monmouthshire to Cardiff area — keeping your days varied and on the move.
We offer a healthy work–life balance with Monday to Friday working, plus the option of compressed hours on a 9‑day fortnight, giving you extra time back for you.
This is a full‑time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary of £30,058.00 along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

About the role
- Experience a diverse range of tasks, from patch repairs to full decoration projects, ensuring no two days are the same.
- Play a vital role in enhancing the living conditions of residents and improving communal facilities.
- Be a front-line representative, working within the community and interacting directly with customers
- Ensure that all repair and maintenance work is completed to a high standard, reflecting the quality and excellence that Codi Group is known for.
- Maintain and manage a company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, safe, and properly equipped.
Skills and experience needed
We're looking for individuals with practical experience in this field, showcasing strong creative and practical skills, excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail. You'll need physical fitness to handle tools and materials, work comfortably at heights and in confined spaces.
A City and Guilds or equivalent qualification in Painting and Decorating is required, as well as a full driving licence.
