Digital Business Partner

We are seeking a forward-thinking and collaborative digital business partner to join our digital business team.

This pivotal role will help shape and drive our digital transformation agenda, ensuring that technology and innovation are central to how we deliver services to both internal and external customers.

As a digital business partner, you will act as a liaison and key engagement point between the customer, IT and digital service (CID), and the communities and housing directorate. You will also work closely with the buidling services directorate of the council's wholly owned contractor - Norwich City Services Limited (NCSL).
