About the role

Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Receptionist and Administrator to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the area of St James Square, London. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.

  • Salary: £38,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week
  • Location: Central London - St Jamess Square

Working hours: Monday to Friday on a rotational shift basis between 7:30am and 5:30pm.

The admin responsibilities of this role are to cover Maternity leave which is likely to end November, once this ends the role will then become a permanent Receptionist role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reception cover Monday and Friday
  • Administrator Assistance Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Ensuring that all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously.
  • Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to.
  • Responsibility for arranging transport facilities, including local travel arrangements and taxis.
  • Develop and maintain an effective client relationship.
  • Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and personable way.
  • Provide strong admin assistance and support.

  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist within a corporate office environment.

  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
