A vacancy has arisen for a Digital Property Apprentice to support our expanding Commercial Real Estate, Energy, Rural and Planning Teams based in our Glasgow office.
What will you be doing?
1st point of contact for clients reaching out to the Commercial Property team. You will manage queries and escalate where necessary
Develop expertise in 3E (a legal practice management and CRM platform used for client data, billing, and matter management)
Using Worksite to create new files, entering information accurately and effectively, filing daily correspondence
Assist with production of formal offers for issuing and routine tasks such as cover letters. You’ll produce documents on MS Word
Arrange meetings and appointments both internally and externally, using Microsoft Outlook to do so
Assist client advisors in the billing and credit control process
Create, edit, format and maintain business documents, correspondence, offers, reports and PDFs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and professional presentation standards
Manage digital and physical information, including document filing, record management, printing, scanning and maintaining data security and confidentiality requirements
Work in collaboration with Team assistants and client advisors to identify their work commitments and prioritise work accordingly
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
- Experience of dealing directly with clients by telephone
- Administration experience
- Experience within a commercial environment would be advantageous
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure
- Ability to use initiative
- Attention to detail
Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Future prospects:
Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification. Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
