- ROLE: Multi Skilled Engineer – Gas Engineer Bias
- HOURS: 40 Hours (Monday – Friday)
- LOCATION: Central London (Mobile)
- SALARY RANGE: £43-45k per annum (based on qualifications and experience)

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer – Gas Engineer Bias who will support the delivery of maintenance and engineering services across our Central London contract, ensuring gas, heating and HVAC systems are maintained to the highest standards.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on gas appliances.
- Undertake reactive, remedial and emergency tasks on gas appliances and associated plant.
- Carry out maintenance, testing and fault finding on a variety of plant equipment including gas boilers, heating plants, pumps and ventilation systems.
- Anticipate, diagnose and repair faults, completing all work within contractual timescales.
- Support and deliver project work while ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and correctly.
Required Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in Heating, HVAC and Engineering maintenance, testing and fault finding.
- Experience working on gas boilers, heating plants, pumps and ventilation systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- F-Gas Registered.
- Experience working from a PDA.
- Commercial Gas Certifications including COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A and CODNCO1.
