No two days are the same. As a PBS Practitioner, you’ll work closely with the people we support and the colleagues who support them, helping to create environments where people can flourish.

You will:

  • Develop innovative, person-centred PBS plans that enable people to live fulfilling lives.
  • Coach, mentor, and empower colleagues to deliver exceptional support.
  • Partner with services to embed PBS principles into everyday practice.
  • Help people build confidence, independence, and meaningful opportunities.
  • Use insight, data, and curiosity to understand behaviour and drive positive outcomes.
  • Champion best practice and be a leading voice for PBS across the organisation.

You’ll bring both expertise and passion to the role. You will:

  • Have experience conducting behavioural assessments and developing PBS plans.
  • Understand restrictive practice reduction and person-centred approaches.
  • Enjoy coaching, mentoring, and supporting others to grow.
  • Be able to analyse information and turn insight into practical action.
  • Have excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
  • Be organised, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel across the UK.
