MAPP is looking for a Graduate Surveyor to join its team in London. This is an opportunity to learn about commercial property, develop practical skills and grow into a professional surveying career within a supportive, people-focused business.

What will you be doing?
Working alongside experienced Surveyors and Property Management teams, you'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of areas, including:
- Building relationships with clients, occupiers, colleagues and contractors.
- Supporting property maintenance, planned works and improvement projects.
- Learning about property budgets, service charges, leases and client reporting.
- Helping resolve day-to-day property challenges.
- Understanding sustainability, compliance and occupier needs.
- Developing your commercial awareness, organisation and problem-solving skills.As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop your own small portfolio of properties.
