About the role
Aquent is partnering with a global technology leader renowned for connecting billions worldwide and pioneering innovative platforms. This company is at the forefront of building the future of communication and collaboration, impacting how people interact and work globally.
Are you a master of execution, a logistical wizard, and a technical enthusiast eager to shape the future of global collaboration? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client’s dynamic team as a key player in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. This pivotal role as a Technical Deployment Lead and Integration Coordinator will empower you to directly influence how our client’s global workforce connects, collaborates, and innovates, ensuring seamless experiences from executive boardrooms to expansive event spaces. You’ll be at the heart of bringing complex technical programs to life, driving tangible impact with every deployment. This role is inherently delivery-focused and tactical, operating within established frameworks and plans set by leadership, centered on driving successful deployments and integrations rather than strategic program ownership, budget authority, people management, or policy development.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end deployment activities for AV refresh, room commissioning, and technology upgrade programs across diverse sites.
- Strategically manage deployment schedules, vendor timelines, and site readiness checklists to consistently meet program milestones.
- Proactively track and report on project status, identifying risks and blockers, and escalating issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Streamline procurement workflows, including PO creation, equipment tracking, and delivery verification, to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous deployment trackers and comprehensive documentation, covering site inventories, Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy, and commissioning sign-offs.
- Drive critical alignment across various cross-functional teams, including facilities, IT, security, and workplace services, to clearly define and track schedules and dependencies.
- Facilitate and lead regular stand-ups for active deployment programs, fostering clear communication and progress.
- Proactively identify and resolve schedule conflicts, resource clashes, and dependency blockers, ensuring smooth project flow.
- Serve as the central coordination hub between internal teams and external contractors during active deployment phases.
- Ensure transparent communication of milestones, ownership, and handoff points among all involved parties.
- Assist with the planning and technical coordination of specialty production spaces, event venues, and broadcast environments.
- Oversee the commissioning and rigorous testing of new or refreshed production-grade spaces.
- Coordinate installation sequencing and order-of-works with internal teams and external contractors.
- Ensure all spaces achieve operational readiness standards before handover to production teams.
- Act as the primary logistics coordinator, fostering strong relationships between vendor partners, site teams, and internal stakeholders for all deployment activities.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, flag potential delays, and coordinate effective corrective actions.
- Support vendor onboarding, access requests, and site induction processes for contractor teams.
- Liaise seamlessly with facilities, security, and workplace teams to ensure smooth site access and coordination.
- Maintain accurate project records, decision logs, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of deployment playbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and commissioning templates.
- Participate in post-project reviews, contributing valuable insights for lessons learned and process improvements.
What You’ll Bring:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, or technical deployment roles.
- Hands-on experience with AV/VC technology deployments, including room builds, refresh cycles, and commissioning.
- Strong vendor management and logistics coordination skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience within corporate AV/IT environments, specifically with enterprise video conferencing and event production.
