To join us as a Bank Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.

Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest Main duties of the job As a Bank Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for ensuring that residents at the Barchester care home receive the necessary quality care and support each day.

This will involve assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and sharing moments and memories with the residents. The role offers variety and the opportunity to engage in different tasks daily, such as supporting residents with meals, following care plans, and dedicating one-on-one time to each resident.

The position is designed for individuals who are dedicated, compassionate, and empathetic, with at least some prior experience in caring for older individuals. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
