As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when we need it, such as for annual leave or sick leave, the hours and days you work will vary. Main duties of the job The job involves working as a Bank Care Assistant on a casual, part-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. This includes assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and creating meaningful moments.

You will carry out various tasks such as supporting residents with their meals and drinks, following care plans, and ensuring each resident gets one-on-one time. The position requires a compassionate approach with some experience in caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and strong communication skills.
