About the role
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility in working hours will be required to accommodate Marketing and Admissions events, to be agreed in advance with the Line Manager.
Salary: Up to £42,330 per annum, dependent on experience.
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join us in this key management role within the Marketing Team at St George’s Weybridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns across both the Junior School and the College. The Marketing Manager will manage day-to-day marketing operations, lead a small team, and work closely with Admissions and other departments to ensure the School’s brand is consistently represented and its enrolment goals are met.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in marketing, with social media expertise, preferably within the education sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
