About the role

Job summary

Stuart Crescent Medical Practice are please to offer a permanent salaried GP post of 4-6 sessions a week to expand our team. We are looking for a doctor dedicated to providing excellent patient centred care, who works well with team members.

Main duties of the job As a key member of the clinical team, you will provide primary healthcare services to patients in all clinical settings in addition to actively participate in practice development activities including clinical and staff meetings, audits and relevant CPD.

We are a very friendly, family orientated and innovative practice with about 3200 patients which continues to grow.

Our clinical team includes GPs, Practice Nurse, Physician Associates, Clinical Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioner, Social Link Prescriber, Health and Well-Being Coach and Care Coordinator all working together to provide the high levels of clinical excellence and support to our patients.

We also thrive in staff training and progression. We use EMIS Web clinical system with Docman 10 and have a great Administrative support Team with a triage system to manage workload.

To be able to undertake a variety of duties including face to face surgery, telephone and e-consultations, triage calls, medicine management and associated paperwork. Expected to undertake all normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.

Qualifications

Essential Qualified General Practitioner Up-to-date full GMC registration Experience Essential Experience of working in primary care Experience of working in a GP practice Desirable We welcome applications from experienced GPs as well as those recently qualified.
