We are excited to invite applications for a Band 6 Sister/Charge nurse to join our busy Adult Cardiac Critical Care Unit (ACCU) at St Bartholomew's Hospital Heart Centre.

This is a unique opportunity to rotate across three critical care units, each caring for a diverse range of patients, including: Post-operative cardiothoracic and thoracic patients Heart Attack Centre patients Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) patients Vascular patients Cancer patients We are proud to have been rated as 'Outstanding' in leadership by the Care Quality Commission in 2017.

This role will involve shift patterns of long days, nights and bank holidays to meet the service requirements of the ACCU *This role involves long days and night shifts and bank holidays to cover service requirements * Main duties of the job - Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate skilled evidence-based care for critically ill patients (L2 & L3).
