Are you looking to start your career with the NHS? Do you want to be part of a friendly and dynamic team? Children & Family Health Devon (CFHD) have a vacancy for a one-year Fixed Term, Part Time (30 hours ) Administrator to join our Business Support Team based at Oaklands Court in Tiverton .
You will be part of a team providing business support for our young people, families, clinicians and partners across Devon and Torbay. The hours for this post will be 8.30am - 4.30pm 4 days per week.
Main duties include greeting visitors at reception, room bookings, working from a shared mailbox, data input, telephone calls, use of electronic systems, producing template letters, processing of incoming correspondence, scanning, photocopying and general administrative tasks. Main duties of the job Have a key role in providing support across the full range of office and service activities, including the smooth running of the office, reception and front of house duties and administrative support to a range of frontline clinicians & managers.

Essential Good general education e.g.
GCSEs or equivalent Desirable Relevant administrative or IT qualifications to NVQ level 2 or equivalent experience Experience Essential Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel Willing to undertake training relevant to the post Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 3 months) Desirable Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year).
