The Role: Immediate Start
A lovely Nursery in Hackney, near Homerton station, is looking for an experienced nursery teaching assistant to join their team. There is a great community and ethos around the nursery and they are looking for an energetic and skilled practitioner with SEN experience.
The role is typically working 1:1 with different children across a variety of SEN needs, hence experience is very much required. The nursery offer the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor learning, with a mix of ages and a spacious early years environment encouraging a variety of learning opportunities. Their aim is to nurture, motivate, inspire and challenge children in their learning, so that the nursery is a place where fascination, creativity and endless possibilities for learning is at the core of what they do.

Pay can be up to £108.50 a day, and experience with nursery age children is very much required, so this is a great opportunity if you’re looking to work in a leading nursery and develop your career across the EYFS.
The Nursery hours of this role are:
- 08:00 - 16:00
The ideal Nursery TA should:
- Have experience working with/supporting nursery age children (0-5)
- Have experience supporting children with special educational needs
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Be nurturing and caring in your approaches
