Join our Temporary Admin & Clerical Bank Workforce Today Admin Assistants, Service Coordinators, Personal Assistants Ward Administrators, Receptionists £13.38-£19.99 per hour dependant on grade We are seeking talented and adaptable individuals to join our temporary workforce across a variety of administrative and support roles within both clinical and non-clinical teams.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are immediately available to work on a short term and full-time basis! Are you an experienced Administrator, Coordinator, Advisor, Ward Clerk, Receptionist, Secretary ?
Perhaps you're a recent graduate or have strong administrative experience and are looking for your first or next opportunity. If so, we'd love to hear from you. You will often be based within our clinical departments and will be one of the first points of contact for patients, families, and colleagues.
You'll need to be customer-focused, approachable, and professional, with excellent IT skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting. You'll need excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, a professional telephone manner, and and a strong commitment to customer service .

Main duties of the job Our roles are varied and challenging and your day to day duties may include; Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the hospital including the provision of administrative support to clinical staff . Provide administrative support non clinical areas such as Finance, HR.
Helping track our patients through their journey to ensure a great patient experience. Supporting the Senior Administrators including typing of clinical correspondence and adding patients to waiting lists.
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way

When an assignment is offered by the Bank Team and accepted by you, your working hours will be agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on service requirements and your availability.
Joining our Bank provides a great opportunity to gain experience across a variety of departments within the hospital, offering valuable insight into different areas of the organisation and helping you develop skills that could support future applications for permanent roles at GOSH.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are immediately available to work on a full-time basis . While the majority of our assignments are full-time opportunities, applications are welcome from those seeking part-time work. Please note that weekend-only vacancies and ad hoc shifts are less common.
