Job summary

Are you an experienced and motivated registered nurse looking for an opportunity to lead, inspire, and shape the delivery of high-quality community services? We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to provide professional and clinical leadership within our Norwich Place integrated team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting staff, driving excellence in patient care, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred services across community settings.

Main duties of the job As a Clinical Lead, you will provide professional and clinical leadership to Norwich Place, supporting the delivery of high standards of care to patients in their own homes, care homes, and clinics.

Working closely with the Clinical Operational Manager, you will help ensure the effective management of complex caseloads, support workforce development, and contribute to the achievement of organisational priorities and strategic objectives.

You will be instrumental in supporting integrated working with primary and secondary care, social care and voluntary services to ensure patients receive coordinated and seamless care.

Qualifications

Essential 1st level degree RN with current NMC registration Mentorship preparation/ENB 998 Desirable Master's degree Independent/supplementary prescribing qualification District Nursing Qualification Experience Essential Experience of working at band 6 level Evidence of good clinical and professional leadership skills Experience of working within a community setting Skills, Abilities and Knowledge.

Essential Knowledge of additional specialist areas through in-house training and short courses Be able to manoeuvre patients using handling aids Highly motivated Able to provide high standards of care Tact and diplomacy Ability to talk to patients and carers and members of the health care team Empathy and sensitivity Ability to use own initiative Good observational and reporting skills A team player Work flexibly to accommodate patient/service needs Be able to manoeuvre patients using handling aids Desirable Be able to kneel, bend & stoop, and work in cramped environments Be able to manoeuvre limbs of around 5-6kg Communication Essential Expert communication skills, able to address communication barriers Have Good IT/ keyboard skills Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Personal & People Development.
