About the role

Are you organised, confident with computers and someone who takes pride in getting the details right?

We’re looking for a Production Administrator to join our busy Production team and play an important role in keeping everything organised behind the scenes.

This is a varied, hands-on administration role where no two days will be exactly the same. You’ll be working closely with our Production team, making sure records and systems are kept up to date, processing work orders, collating daily paperwork, producing reports and generally helping to keep the department running smoothly.

What will you be doing?

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping our internal systems, including UKG, accurate and up to date
  • Producing and processing work orders
  • Collating and updating daily check sheets
  • Entering data and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
  • Keeping company files, records and documentation organised and accurate
  • Checking information and following up on any discrepancies
  • Coordinating calendars and meetings
  • Liaising with colleagues across Production and other areas of the business
  • Tracking departmental expenses and maintaining supporting records
  • Monitoring office supplies and providing general administrative support to the team

What are we looking for?

You don’t need to have worked in Production before and you don’t need experience of our internal systems. We’ll provide full training on those. What we do need is someone who is comfortable and confident using a computer. You'll be using different systems, spreadsheets and electronic records every day, so good general computer skills are really important.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Good computer skills and confidence using different computer-based systems
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • The ability to manage different tasks and priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable and conscientious approach to your work
  • The confidence to work independently while also being part of a team
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Previous administrative experience would be helpful, but it isn’t essential, and experience within production, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar operational environment would be a bonus rather than a requirement.

Interested?

If you’re comfortable with computers, enjoy keeping things organised and are looking for an opportunity to become part of a busy operational team, we’d love to hear from you.

Work-life balance is important to us and we want you to spend time with family, friends and doing things you enjoy.....not just work. This is why we give you 30 days annual leave plus an additional 22 days off across the year, and still earn a full-time salary. Additionally, you will also have access to:

  • Our discounted staff purchase scheme on over 4,000 products
  • Enhanced family friendly policies
  • Cycle to Work and EV Salary Sacrifice Scheme
  • Internal Mental Health First Aiders
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) including external mental health support and retail discounts

We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and do not discriminate based on age, disability, gender identity, marital status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. If you require any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
