Main Duties
Operations
Follow Assignment Instructions, SOPs and Security Notices.
Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
Follow instructions and procedures.
Follow directions from management and Mobile Supervisors.
- Training
- Pass Work Safety Induction (WSI)
- Pass Depot Track Access (DTA)
- NOTE* Before the above training takes place you will be require to pass the following
- Medical Examination
- Drug & Alcohol Test
NOTE* Failure to pass these above will result in your offer of employment being retracted and you will not progress further.
Security and Health & Safety
Look out for, and report, Health & Safety hazards, or potential hazards, on site.
Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment.
Use common sense and initiative by immediately involving others if a situation appears to become threatening.
To maintain professional conduct in the face of difficult situations and challenging customers.
Complete an accurate, detailed Merlin entries and reports as soon as possible.
Ensure patrols are completed.
Escalate issues to the Fleet Security Command Centre (FSCC)
