Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support vendor onboarding, risk assessments, contract management and supplier governance processes.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and coordinate administrative services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with governance and approval processes, tracking documentation through to completion.
- Manage invoice processing, reconciliations and budget-related administration.
- Oversee shared administration mailboxes and respond to enquiries promptly.
- Create and distribute internal communications and staff updates.
- Maintain and update the company intranet, ensuring content remains accurate and engaging.
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate and staff events.
- Act as the main point of contact for the switchboard and general office enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders and wider teams as required.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Assist with policy updates, process improvements and staff training when required.
- Undertake additional administrative and project-based tasks to support business operations.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Person Should Have
- Previous experience in administration, business support, or office coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience coordinating suppliers, invoices, or administrative processes.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience supporting events, communications, or internal projects would be advantageous.
